Once you have booked we will set you up with our wedding consultant team to start the planning process!
One of our Venue Consultants will be available whenever you have a question durring your wedding planning process. They are also available for in-person or virtual planning sessions leading up to the big day!
We kindly ask that you provide your final guest count 30 days before the wedding day.
Once you have booked with us, you will be entered into our system called Honeybook. Honeybook will alert you any time you have an upcoming payment due and you may pay with credit or debit using this system. Alternatively, you may issue a cheque or cash and we also accept this form of payment.
Your final payment is due 90 days before your wedding day.
Yes! You may schedule an on-site planning session with one of our Venue Consultants.
Absolutely! We have beautiful, purpose-designed getting ready rooms available for you and your wedding party. They come complete with hair and makeup stations, mirrors, plenty of natural light, and even dedicated hooks for your dresses—everything you need to relax and enjoy those special pre-ceremony moments.
Suppliers can arrive from 9:00 AM on the day of the wedding.
You can access the venue as early as 9 a.m. on your wedding day.
Yes! Your pets are more than welcome here.
We do not provide a full service wedding planner, however, you will be assigned a wedding consultant to help assist with any venue questions, planning sessions etc. We of course have wonderful recommendations of full service wedding planners we are happy to provide if needed!
We host several tastings throughout the year with our in-house catering team!
We know everyone wants those gorgeous photos! You are welcome to have sparklers or cold sparks outside on the concrete. Real flame candles are allowed as well, we just ask they are contained in a hurricane glass or votive with at least 2″ of clearance from the top of the container to the flame. We do not allow paper confetti, but you are welcome to use anything real such as flower petals, lavender etc!
We know weather can be unpredicatable so we always have a weather plan in place should we need to use it. Our wedding consultants will be in contact with you before your event to make any changes if needed.
If you added rooms to your venue rental our lodge room accommodations are thoughtfully selected by the couple to ensure a personalized guest experience. To assist with your choices, we provide a detailed lodging guide that includes descriptions and photos of each room.
A few weeks prior to your wedding day, our team will reach out to gather your finalized guest room assignment list. On the day of the event, we will personally check each of your guests into their rooms, allowing you to focus on celebrating.
Yes! We host several events, Open Houses, and Open Tour Days where you are welcome to visit the venue again! Click here to see our upcoming events.
You are also welcome to make an appointment with one of the wedding consultants to come for a planning session.
Live bands are allowed to play indoors until 10:00pm.
We do not have our own sound system, but we’re happy to recommend trusted vendors who can provide one for your event.
